Very disappointed

I received my order. The bag that the suit comes in was open and had the wrong item in it. The bag said 2xl but the suit was a small and the wrong color. I have yet to get a refund. I’m very disappointed because this is the first time something like this has happened. Hoping to get my refund or the actual item I purchased soon
